In case you're not familiar with the film, the young girl dancing on the beach is "True Blood" star Anna Paquin, who was only eleven when she won the Oscar for Best Supporting Actress for her amazing performance in "The Piano".

Glad someone threw Seinead into this theme, every song that girl sings is on a personal note (I have all her stuff) but she has a fantastic voice, too bad she faded away!

Sinead O'Connor was one of my favorite singers back then. She has such a powerful voice. I never have heard The Sacrifice before. Great choices! Have a wonderful week.
I’m only a so-so fan of Prince’s version of ‘Nothing Compares 2 U.’ “Nothing compares” to Sinead’s version, that‘s for sure, and even Prince himself would probably agree.
